Hey, Crew! I’m out of the office again! This time over at The Inspired Room , come check it out!
Thanks to Melissa for having me at her blog, and for all of you who clicked over from there, thanks for coming! Please take your time and look around. I’ve been writing and posting pictures like crazy, so I think you’ll find something interesting.
Check out the calendar for some of my upcoming articles (see tab at top). I’m really excited about what I have in store for the next few weeks. Especially what I have planned for the “Surprise!” days. We’re talking cutting edge stuff (I hope..if I can make it work!).
If you like what you see, please feel welcome to subscribe to our free feeds, either through your reader or by email. All of that is just over there on the right, by the little dude with the huge bullhorn.
You can also join me on Twitter; that button is just over to the right as well. I’m @RemodelingGuy
You continue to inspire. Thanks. When we head over to Sigonella Navy Base in a couple of days I’m stocking up on some good magazines!
Blessings,

Just found you through Melissa’s blog. My husband and I moved into a 96 year new house 11 days before our first baby was born. I LOVE old houses, and this one was looking for a family. Now we are trying to remodel on a can’t even afford beer budget with champagne tastes. 🙂
I’m looking forward to reading your blog–and maybe getting some ideas.

Melissa is the best – she is sooo talented! I can’t wait to see what is in store for her – in life! Great post you shared – love your dream kitchen. We’re drawing up plans right now for our remodel. Long-past due!

Okay Remodeling Guy,
Here is a conundrum for you. Our bedroom has a popcorn ceiling from the 70’s…gross I know. Anyway, what is the easiest and most cost effective (not to mention least messy) way to remove the popcorn texture? My stepdad said that he took a hose inside his house and hosed it down. Slid off like butter. Our only problem is we have wall to wall carpeting…he has wood floors. If you could give us some advice we would really appreciate it! Thanks so much!
Blessings!

You are off to such a fantastic start with your new blog. I absolutely love it! You immediately became one of my regular stops (even though I haven’t been good about commenting). Bad Kimba.
Really, you have done such a wonderful job with your launch that you’ll have legions of readers in no time. Your content couldn’t be more timely. With the state of our economy, we’re going to see more and more people looking for ways to make what they already have work. Moving or building just won’t be an option.
I’m going to put your button in my Moms Unite section. You may not be a mom yourself, but what you’re doing is perfect for all of us home-loving moms.

Hi Tim…Just found you today through Melissa at The Inspired Room. I’ve poked around just a few of your previous posts. Love your blog and I’m guessing my husband is going to you to his Reader as well. 🙂 Question for you–what’s your thoughts on painting ceramic wall tile in a bathroom? Cringe.
